Yogi Adityanath biography ?

Yogi Adityanath is a Indian politician who is the current Chief Minister of the state of Uttar Pradesh. He was born on June 5, 1972 in Panchur, Uttarakhand, India, with the birth name Ajay Mohan Bisht. He is a Hindu priest and a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Adityanath began his political career as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of the BJP. He was first elected to the Lok Sabha (lower house of the Indian parliament) in 1998 and has since been re-elected several times. During his tenure as a Member of Parliament, he has been known for his vocal support of Hindutva (a term used to describe the ideology of Hindu nationalism) and his opposition to what he considers to be the appeasement of minority communities in India.

In 2017, Adityanath was elected as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, following the BJP's victory in the state assembly elections. He is the first person from the saffron-clad ascetic order of Hindu saints, the Nath monastic tradition, to hold the Chief Minister position in India.

As a Chief Minister, Adityanath has pursued a number of policies that align with the BJP's Hindutva ideology, such as the building of a Ram temple in Ayodhya, and the crackdown on illegal slaughterhouses and meat shops. He has also emphasized on the development of infrastructure and has launched various schemes to attract investment to the state and improve the law and order situation.

Adityanath has been a polarizing figure in Indian politics and his appointment as chief minister was met with both praise and criticism. Critics have raised concerns about his controversial statements and actions against minority communities, and his role in inciting communal violence in the past, while supporters point to his efforts to improve the economy and public services in the state.
