Railway RCF Act Apprentice Recruitment Online Form 2023

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) recently conducted a recruitment drive for Act Apprentice positions in the Rail Coach Factory (RCF) Kapurthala.

To be eligible for the RCF Act Apprentice positions, candidates must have a 10th pass certificate from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks and an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks.

The selection process for the RCF Act Apprentice positions includes a merit-based selection process. The merit list is prepared based on the candidates' marks in the 10th and ITI exams. Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and a medical examination.

The RCF Act Apprentice positions offer a stipend during the training period, which ranges from six months to two years, depending on the trade. After completion of the training, candidates may be absorbed into the Rail Coach Factory or the Indian Railways, depending on the availability of vacancies and the candidates' performance.
