What 3 things do we study in history?

In history, we generally study three main things:

  1. Events: The specific occurrences and happenings that took place in the past, such as wars, revolutions, political movements, and technological advancements.

  2. People: The individuals who played a role in shaping history, such as political leaders, military leaders, artists, scientists, and other notable figures.

  3. Societies and cultures: The way people lived and interacted with each other in the past, including their beliefs, customs, values, and economic, social and political systems.

It's worth noting that these three things are often interconnected and influence one another. For example, historical events can shape societal and cultural changes, and the actions of historical figures can impact the course of events.
